Bed and Breakfast in Follonica

B&B Follonica is a small Boutique B&B in the heart of the city.
A completely renovated 20th century Art Nouveau building which houses eight bedrooms furnished with elegance and style and lying on three floors. An intimate, welcoming, unique and luxurious environment equipped with any home-from-home comforts.

A family-run structure managed by Giacomo Turini, a perfect Follonica native as well as a sportsman with a profound knowledge of the area and a great passion for travelling. After studying in Siena, he came back to his city to dedicate himself to tourism and hospitality. As a lover of Tuscan good living, the experience gained in the sector and the passion for the Maremma food and wine tradition pushed him to embark on this adventure creating a holiday spot within the city from which it is possible to explore the most beautiful corners of the Maremma.

Structure

B&B Follonica is a four-level eco-friendly structure, where the use of plastic is strongly limited and small animals are welcome.

On the ground floor a common area welcomes travelers with an elegant living room where they can relax and a breakfast room where they can enjoy the delicacies prepared in the kitchen. Our chef will be able and happy to respond to your dietary needs, providing gluten free products for intolerants or, upon request, vegetarian or vegan diets.
The eight rooms – which have the names of the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago – lay on three floors. Furnished with elegance and style, they are equipped with every comforts. An elevator takes you up to the solarium, where you can enjoy the splendid view.
In the courtyard there is an annex with an outdoor breakfast room, a large garden where you can sip a cocktail, and a small relaxation area with a swimming pool, a sauna and emotional showers.
The structure is equipped with car parks and parking spaces for customers.

The staff will take care of you, trying to best satisfy your needs with the aim of making your holiday in Maremma unforgettable. For example, it will be possible to reserve umbrellas and deckchairs on the equipped beaches, to reserve tables in the most exclusive restaurants or to suggest you any possible itinerary in the hinterland or by boat to discover the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago.
